Kulikov: I thought that there were idiots only in the VRU before I came there to work

Dismissal of the Speaker decapitated the Parliament. There is nobody to sign bills there. why does the VRU work? So, the MPs will continue to work and negotiate as they have to form the majority and elect a new Speaker.

MPs announced a break till December 2 (!) despite the fact that they gathered for 1.5 hours only this week.

Who needs a non-working Parliament? Can the power be reformatted without elections? We asked these question MP from OU-PSD, representative of the "People's Self-Defence" Kyrylo Kulikov.

- When Yatsenyuk was dismissed the MPs understood that work of the VRU would be useless. Will be the scenario of changing of the power realized without elections?

- Those who voted for dismissal of Yatsenyuk understood that the VRU would be decapitated. The PR addressed to the Constitutional Court for explanation of right of the First Vice-Speaker to sign resolutions and bills passed by the VRU. They made a deadlock situation - there is nobody to sign numerous economical bills.

So the first and the most important task is to elect the Speaker.

- According to Yuriy Kostenko, Volodymyr Lytvyn has the best chance for the position of the Chairman...

- It can be so if you remember unanimous voting for dismissal of Yatsenyuk by the Lytvyn Bloc and PR and UC. there will be negotiations.   

- Anatoliy Matvienko told that Yatsenyuk should be returned back while the new Speaker would be elected.

- Well, it is our Ukrainian style. To dismiss Yatsenyuk for to appoint him back - what a beautiful proposition!

Anatoliy Matvienko should carry out a consolidate position and prevent dismissal of Yatsenyuk.

- After the break of work of the VRU has been announced there are less hopes. If MPs do not agree a candidacy and a new Speaker is not elected, what shall be done?

- No, early elections should be financed first. The VRU must pass the amendments to the State Budget.

- Politicians from many factions tell that the Government is incapable, inefficient and non-professional. Why has not the VRU discussed dismissal of the Cabinet yet?

- Incapability of the Government is mass psychological war. The government must work in crisis. Its main aim is to protect the government from different insinuations. Let it work and manage the crisis.

- Are the MPs of this convocation of the VRU who do not know how to talk guilty of inefficiency and incapability of the Parliament within a year of its work?

- I thought that there were idiots only in the VRU before I came there to work. But now I know that they are good professionals.

It can be told that this Parliament will be an angel against the next one.

Political wisdom must look for compromise. I was in Russia yesterday, I know how is our Ukrainian business. Ukraine's assess is -95%.

Our national idea is protection of national interests and not the Holodomor.

- Now, about the Holodomor. Can people remind about such a tragedy due to such expensive monuments? Their cost is much more than payments for the poorest strata of our population?

- Holodomor is idea of people's tragedy. And this people can not be divided into nationalities such as Ukrainian, Russian, Byelorussian, Jew. It was common tragedy. But any idea can be spoiled by official actions. It is taking place today in our country.
